In Raizama, the meeting of the Rio Raizama and the São Miguel forms a canyon with a strong presence in the landscape. The described circuit skirts elevated stretches and crosses wooden structures, letting you view the water and rock walls from different angles.
The handrails mark out the walking area. Stay on the indicated path and do not go down into the canyon on your own. The canyoning offered in the area is a specialized booking, with its own equipment and route; buying the regular entry ticket does not mean you are authorized or prepared to do it.
